Oakville Building Advisors offers comprehensive program management for building decarbonization, encompassing strategic planning, design, construction, and commissioning, starting with initial assessments.

  • Owner Representation for the National Western Stock Show

    Kye has over seven years of experience as a CM/Owner Advisor, contributing to the development of the National Western Center campus. This involved early-stage project programming, design detailing of specialized facilities, and life-cycle cost analysis. Kye also coordinated closely with the city team and the campus Authority to meet the unique needs of the Stock Show while expanding the campus’s event capacity.

  • Program Manager for Legacy Building

    Kye served as the program manager for the Legacy Building at the National Western Stock Show, overseeing programming, design, budget management, and permitting.

  • Program Manager

    Kye managed various special projects, including signage design, historic building grant applications, and a $2 million annual capital improvements program.

  • In addition, Kye has 24+ years of previous experience, including pre-construction, estimating, and a diverse range of project types, from steel-frame offices to mountain resort projects, providing a broad understanding of construction systems and project delivery approaches.
